Urgent appointments are available the same day or next day, by telephone, text, telemedicine, or in person.

Annual Physical

A dedicated one-hour physical or catch-up visit each year — a face-to-face appointment with the physician you know.

No Co-Pay Visits

Unlimited office visits, prescription refills, and TCDs with no co-pay. Your insurer is billed per the Bermuda Health Council fee schedule.

About The Practice

A different kind of general practice

Momentum Health is a concierge general medicine practice designed around access, not volume. Patient numbers are strictly limited so the service stays personal and sustainable.

This is not an emergency service, nor a 24-hour service, and it does not replace your health insurance — it works alongside it. To start, Dr. Boonstra operates alone; if he is off island and an in-person visit is needed, local cover is sourced after a telephone or video consultation.
